Hey my fitness pals, got another good read for you. Where I live in Leeds we have a fair bit of fitness chums out there ranging from Rugby players, Football players, Tennis, Runners and Cyclists but the two most popular ways of keeping fit that I see around here that stand out for me are cyclists and runners! They are like everywhere I turn at any and every given time.
Now I’m a cyclists myself but I used to run so when i’m on my way to the gym for instance and I ride my bike along the canal its full up of either cyclists or runners and although I used to run to the gym before I’ve kinda grown partial to cycling but the other day when I was in the gym i opted to go for a run on the treadmill (which I’m normally good at) but after a few mins i was out of breath which shocked me as I do cycle a good length and speed so how or why am i huffing and puffing on the treadmill. This lead me to ask which is better cycling? running? or both?
