Introduction

    Welcome to Abysmal Fitness. After many years of yo-yo dieting and being unhappy with the way I looked,  I       made up my mind last year that I don’t want to keep looking in the mirror and feeling down about the way I         look especially if I had the capability to change it!

I set out to research the nutritional  side first finding the best supplements to take, which were value for money and how they work, the best time to take them and why, then I researched the right type foods  that will help with weight loss, muscle-building and all round healthy eating. Once I had got all the info I needed on the eating side, I then turned to the training side of things and hired a personal trainer who helped me get into shape, see when I started training properly 9 months ago, I weighed 120kg (264 lbs or 18 stone) but now I am currently weighing in at 100kg (220lbs, 15.7stone) and that’s from a series of different training routines and changing my eating, and other people began to see this and ask me for tips and advice and I simply showed them what I had read and did and this is where I got the idea to design this page.

This page is aimed to help you get to the size or level of fitness you want to get to, there will various tips on body building, toning, weight loss, diets, getting fit and staying fit, supplements that are useful and cost-effective as well as dieting tips and advice, testimonials from other people.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find this as useful as I did when I started.  gotta say I have recievd a lot of traffic but most importantly a lot of positive feed back! the comments and views have been awesome and things can only keep climbing to better heights.     • Thanks for providing such a good imotrnaoifn.The best book on nutrition I have read by Dr.Ray Strand and is called Healthy For life.He also has a supportive website realsingfat.com. He teaches healthy nutritional and lifestyle changes that lead to healthy weight loss rather than a diet type approach.
